New Iberia, Louisiana Music Artist Sik delivers visuals for "No Hook 2". It seems like almost every day there is a new artist making a name for themselves out of the Louisiana music scene, so it’s not a surprise at this point. Although many of these acts can be affiliated with the Trenches of their city/town or make ruthless, hardcore rap music, it can be surprising when an artist like Sik began to mark his territory. His sound is unlike anything else in Louisiana, and although we are relatively new to his music, it seems as if he embraces this individuality and uses it as a catalyst to truly boost himself into the spotlight, a place that he so obviously deserves to be in.
Sik is truly one of the many gems that the state of Louisiana has to offer, and today he is making his debut on NOLAZINE with the release of his brand new music video for "Different Level". Since the first time we heard Sik's music, we knew instantly that he had a ton of talent + potential, one of the first things we noticed is that he raps with a certain type of charisma that you just don’t see every day, and the wild part is, since then he has improved as an artist.
